The fine print, kept plain.
All Of Our Memories is a small, family-run site with two sides: For Our Loved Ones, for memorials, and Celebrate, for scrapbooks. These pages explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you, in everyday words.

Terms of use
By creating an account, or by signing, adding to or visiting a memorial or scrapbook, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What All Of Our Memories is
An online place to keep memories together. On the For Our Loved Ones side, a family remembers someone they love with a memory book, a timeline, an obituary, service details and virtual flowers. On the Celebrate side, people make scrapbooks for a new baby, a wedding, a birthday, a trip and other moments worth keeping. Whoever creates a memorial or scrapbook (a “family manager”) looks after it. Guests can sign it and add to it without an account.
In these terms, “memorial” also means a scrapbook, and “family manager” means anyone who manages either one.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account or make a purchase.
- Please give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only create a memorial for someone you have a genuine connection to, such as family or a close friend, and whom you have the family’s blessing to remember publicly.
- A family manager can invite other family members to help. Every manager can edit the memorial and remove what others have posted, so only invite people you trust.
What you post
- It stays yours. You keep ownership of the words and photos you add. You give us permission to store, copy and display them only as needed to run the memorial, including showing them to people who have the link and including them in keepsake PDFs.
- Only post what you have the right to share. Use photos you took, or that the family is happy to share.
- Please be kind. Don’t post anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading or illegal, and don’t share someone else’s private details (like addresses, phone numbers or financial information) without their permission. No advertising or spam.
- Family managers can hide or delete anything posted on their memorial. New posts are checked automatically, and anything that looks hateful, harassing or like spam is held back until a person reviews it. Anyone can report a post or a page.
- We may remove content, take a memorial offline, or block someone from posting (by account, or by a scrambled fingerprint of the connection they posted from) when they break these terms or when we’re legally required to. Account holders who are blocked are told why by email.
- If you believe something on a memorial is yours and was posted without permission, or is otherwise harmful, please write to us and we’ll look into it promptly.
Who can see a memorial
Anyone with a memorial’s link can see it, unless the family has added a password (a Forever feature). A memorial appears on our home page only if the family chooses to list it. Obituary drafts, the to-do list and family settings are visible only to family managers.
The writing helper
The writing helper uses an artificial-intelligence model to suggest drafts from the details you provide. Drafts can contain mistakes, so please read and correct them before publishing. Nothing the helper writes is published until a family manager chooses to publish it.
Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing and never expires.
- Forever is a single, one-time payment for one memorial. It never renews and is not a subscription. It belongs to that memorial and can’t be moved to another one.
- Family membership costs $4 a month or $36 a year and renews automatically until you cancel. You’ll see the price and renewal date before you pay, and we’ll email you before each yearly renewal. Cancel any time from your account; your membership continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- While you’re a member, every memorial or scrapbook you create is Forever, keepsakes are 15% off, and custom themes are free. Pages that became Forever during your membership stay Forever after it ends. Ending a membership never deletes, hides or unlocks anything.
- The Service Bundle ($129, memorials only) is a one-time payment for one memorial: Forever, one custom theme, and one pack each of 50 funeral programs and 50 memorial cards. Extra packs are the usual price. If you cancel a bundled order or we can’t make the theme, that part stays available to use later.
- A custom theme is $5 per request, made by hand from your description and any picture you share.
- Paying over time: for one-time purchases, checkout may offer to split the payment into installments through a provider such as Klarna or Afterpay. That provider’s terms apply to the installments; we’re paid in full and your purchase is complete right away.
- Gifts (“Help keep it free”) are voluntary contributions toward running the site. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include everything we charge; your bank may add its own fees. See our refund policy.
How long memorials stay online
We intend for every memorial and scrapbook, free or Forever, to stay online for as long as All Of Our Memories exists. If we ever need to close the site, we’ll email every family manager at least 90 days beforehand so you can save your keepsake PDFs and photos.
Taking a memorial down
A family manager can ask us to take a memorial offline or delete it at any time. If family members disagree about a memorial, we may take it offline while they sort it out.
Our promises, and their limits
We work hard to keep the site safe, backed up and online, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable; the keepsake PDF is an easy way to do that. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that can’t be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can’t settle by talking it through will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let family managers know by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Family manager accounts: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in scrambled form (a one-way hash) that even we can’t read. We also note when you last signed in.
- Memorial content: everything the family adds, such as names, dates, the obituary, service details, the to-do list and photos.
- Letters to Heaven: letters a family manager writes to the person they lost. Only the writer can read a letter, unless they choose to share it with the page’s other family managers. Letters are never shown to guests and are never sent to Anthropic or anyone else. We read one only if you order a printed journal of it, and only to print it. A letter you’re still writing is kept in your own browser until you save it.
- Guest contributions: the name, note, optional date and photo a guest adds to the memory book or timeline, and flowers left in the flower field. Guests don’t give us an email address.
- Payments: Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the amount, the date and which memorial it was for.
- Technical information: our server sees your IP address in order to deliver pages and to slow down abuse such as spam. We don’t store the address itself. When you post a note, moment or flower, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of it: a one-way code that can’t be turned back into your address. It lets us block someone who posts abuse, and is used for nothing else.
Cookies and browser storage
- A sign-in cookie keeps family managers signed in.
- An unlock cookie remembers that you’ve entered a memorial’s password.
- Your browser’s local storage keeps a private key for each note or moment you add, so that you can edit or remove it later from the same device.
That’s all. We don’t use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to run the site: showing memorials, letting families manage them, sending them to the writing helper when you ask for a draft, processing payments, keeping the site secure, and answering you when you write to us. We may send family managers occasional emails about their memorial or about important changes to the site, never marketing from other companies.
Who else handles it
We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only what each one needs:
- DigitalOcean hosts our server and its backups in the United States.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic runs the writing helper and our kindness check. When a family manager asks for a draft, the details they’ve entered are sent to write it. Each new note, moment and flower name is also checked automatically for hateful, harassing or spam content before it appears. Anthropic doesn’t use any of this to train its models.
- Livestreams. If a family shares a YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo link for a service, that service’s player appears on the page (YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode), and that service’s own privacy policy applies when you play it.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on our pages, so your browser contacts Google to download them.
We’ll also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
Memorials are kept for as long as the site exists, unless the family asks us to delete them. When something is deleted, it’s removed right away from the live site and disappears from our backups within about 30 days. If you’d like your account or a memorial you manage deleted, write to us.
Your choices
- Family managers can edit or delete anything on their memorial, turn off its listing on the home page, and (on Forever) add a password or approve guest posts before they appear.
- Guests can edit or remove their own notes and moments from the same device, or ask the family or us to remove them.
- Anyone can ask us for a copy of their information, or to correct or delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site uses encrypted connections, scrambled passwords and security headers, and our server is backed up regularly. No system is perfect, but if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we’ll tell you promptly.
Children
All Of Our Memories isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Family managers must be 18 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll email family managers about any significant change.
Refund policy
Forever
If Forever isn’t right for your family, write to us within 30 days of buying it and we’ll refund the full amount. No reason needed.
After 30 days, we’ll still listen. If something went wrong, write to us and we’ll do what’s fair.
When Forever is refunded, the memorial goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Every note, moment and photo stays, though Forever features such as password protection and approving posts are switched off, and new photos can be added only while the memorial is within the Free plan’s limit.
Family membership
Cancel any time from your account and you won’t be charged again. If you write to us within 14 days of a membership charge, we’ll refund that charge in full; your pages made while a member stay Forever either way. Keepsakes bought at the member price aren’t affected.
Gifts
Gifts to help keep the site free aren’t normally refunded, but if you gave one by mistake or chose the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days and we’ll refund it.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice or charged in error, we’ll refund it in full at any time.
